It has been specifically designed for applications in the rapidly growing E-mobility industry.
Meets the requirements of LV 123*, an automotive industry standard for testing high voltage cable harnesses and components for electric or hybrid vehicles.
Different types of TPM using Han 46 EE output connectors:
for voltages up to 2.700 Vdc/1.900 Vdc
or
4.300 Vdc/3.000 Vac can be used to measure from the µOhm to the GOhm range.
Test voltages are current limited according DIN EN 50191.
The W 484 is available in three enclosure versions and offers up to 792 test points.
Primary target market are manufacturers of HV cable harness (typically orange coloured) and HV subassemblies.

F&K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH release the World’s first Laserbonder
A unique Laser welding machine, fusing laser & wirebonding technology in one machine!
Ideal for higher gauge materials that cannot be friction welded by ultrasonic methods.
Battery bonding is particularly ‘en vogue’, as the Laserbonder provides a ‘zero-gap’ weld (often an issue when battery bonding) and is not influenced by surface contamination in the same way as traditional ultrasonic methods.
